It feels amazing to see friends cheering. But it also felt a bit strange when people congratulated me. I mean… I haven’t actually built anything yet! 😅

Why? Because optimizing your store is time consuming and most tools are complex.
But what if this wasn’t the case?
That’s why I’m building Varient. My goal is to help stores optimize their buying journey, without needing a team of experts.
I’m excited about this one:
- It sits at the intersection of product, tech, UX and data
- I can apply my learnings from Vitals (30,000 stores taught me a thing or two!) and tutti.ch (the Swiss ebay)
- The timing makes sense.
