I coach Product Engineers and build products that scratch a specific itch I have.

Coaching

I coach developers who want to grow into Product Engineer roles. More ownership, more impact, more fulfillment.

My coachees usually value my direct, common sense approach. I try to deeply listen and understand first, before jumping to any solutions.

Who I work with: EMs, Staff+ devs, and builders who are tired of being feature factories.

Making

I build local-first tools and small products that remove friction.

Recent experiments:

• Sugarcharts.co (glucose tracking for everyday people)
• Second Brain: a home-rolled assistant that runs entirely offline.

Personal

I live in beautiful Zürich with my lovely wife and Nomad, my crazy Belgian Shepherd. In my free time - when I'm not in the forest - I play basketball in the regional league.

Shopify: Helped scale Vitals, a top paid Shopify app.

Marketplaces: 7 years at tutti.ch, Switzerland's largest second-hand marketplace. Product Manager → Senior Frontend Engineer → CTO.
